1st time creating a blog ... and it's a meaningful one.. it's for my BIG DAY to come... My BIG DAY falls on 25/11/2006. So excited abt it.... Now am really busy with all those preparation wk.. But am really happy =P

Wedding Food Tasting....

















went for our wedding food tasing on Thursday evening with our parents.. viewed the renovated ballroom before the start of the dinner.... the renovated ballroom was nicely done up... though smaller.. but classy.... quite like the feel of it... the swimming pool is intact.. our guests can still see the pool from inside the ballroom due to the glass panel separating the ballroom and pool..

dinner for us was in one of the function room @ 5th floor... ours was the "Brunei" room.. apparently all the function rooms on that level are named after asean countries.. quite fascinated by that..

now to the most impt part... the dinner itself... there is only one word to describe the food... MARVELOUS.... our parents liked the 1st dish-cold plate... the design of the dish is a heart shaped, delicated to the wedding couples...so sweet... this is also one of the few cold dish that i had seen ard in wedding.. other than the cold plate, there are also a couple of dish that is quite special, either in term of appearance or in term of taste.. i liked the mushroom dish and the abalone.. it taste so nice... like mushroom.. there are lots of lots of gd food... look at the big prawns that dear is having... u wanna to try them?? wait till 25nov =P

we met the chef halfway through the meal.. not like the normal chef that i had seen on TV... he's quite funny looking.. but his cooking skill is gd... now i only hoped that the dishes turned out equally nice on my wedding day too =P
