Box-ercise class…..
It’s time to sweat & get fit…
I took up boxing classes a couple of weeks ago… my 3rd lesson just ended…. It’s such a new experience for me..to sweat and to do all those punching & kicking…
Dun ever bully me.. or become my enemy …or else … well, u know wat, right =P … hee hee hee (but then again, think I’m one of the worst student in the class)
Here’s some terminology that are used during classes
(1) Jab - straight punching into the enemy’s face
(2) Hook - hand over enemy’s neck with enemy back facing you..
(1) Cut - Bend your elbow and chop up your enemy side way
(2) Kick - Lift up your leg and kick the enemy.. right, left, front and back,,
(3) Sway - Bend down and sway to either the right or left to avoid attacking blow from the enemy
(4) Sumo - Full kick from one side to the other in a circular way
How… interesting class, right =P
